Keep yourself and your family healthy with the fundamentals of holistic nutrition

If you are a parent or caregiver, how do you know what is best for your family? This is not always easy. There is so much information on how to optimize one’s health, that it can be very confusing. Much of it seems contradictory.

Alternatively, are you considering a career as a practitioner but want to test the waters first? You are interested in holistic health; but is our Diploma program the one that is perfect for you? Rather than a one size fits all approach, you are looking for an education that will provide individualized solutions and an understanding of the root cause of illness. The Introduction to Holistic Nutrition program gives you the opportunity to confirm that this program will best fit your needs.

At EIN, we believe that understanding the human body is the key to achieving our health goals. This is why we offer a program for those interested in their own health and the health of their family. After completing the Introductory program, if you are interested in counseling others, you must enrol in and complete the Diploma in Holistic Nutrition program. With our Introduction to Holistic Nutrition certificate, you will walk away with a better understanding of:

  • The relationship between food and the body
  • Vitamins and minerals
  • What they do in the body
  • Food combining strategies for optimal digestion
  • Natural treatments for a variety of different digestive disorders
  • The effects of food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances
  • How to manage allergic responses
  • And more

The Introductory Program is not a prerequisite to the Diploma in Holistic Nutrition Program.

The Introduction to Holistic Nutrition certificate program covers the basics of holistic nutrition, allergies, and how your digestive tract functions.
