Ingredients:
1 organic lemon
1⁄4 cup organic unpasteurized honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Combine:

- 3 tablespoons of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice
- 1⁄4cup organic unpasteurized honey
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root
- 1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- Warm it in a saucepan, until the coconut oil melts.
- Bottle it and take it when needed.
This really helps with persistent coughs and asthmatic coughs, and may reduce the need for puffers.
