Jodika McKinley

I graduated from the diploma program at Edison Institute of Nutrition in 2022. I found Edison Institute to be an amazing first step in my overall career trajectory. Edison taught me the fundamentals of Holistic Nutrition. From there, I continued my education in Functional labs, Polyvagal theory and then took a Diploma in Counselling Hypnotherapy. Today, I have a thriving coaching business in which I work with clients worldwide, helping them with their nutrition and mental health goals (anxiety, self-confidence, guilt/shame, emotional eating, weight loss, breakups/relationships, communication skills and self-awareness). I am thankful that I chose Edison Institute of Nutrition because not only were the staff and teachers knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but the education I received has been quite foundational in the way that I help my clients (mentally, emotionally and physically). I feel it is a key piece as to why I do as well as I do in my Counselling Hypnotherapy practice, allowing me to stand out as a trusted professional who can look at the whole body and not just one piece, like many traditional coaches or therapists do.
