My goal is to share the therapeutic benefits of food and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits to maintain a balanced well-being. As a Nutrition & Health Consultant, I help people adopt a healthy diet and a balanced lifestyle to improve their vitality and overall health. I specialize in women’s hormonal health, mindful eating, and I give yoga workshops on an ad hoc basis.
To restore balance, I recommend going back to the essence, in a natural way, through healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits, adapted to each individual. I also share tools so that people become autonomous in managing their well-being.
My passion for wellness led me to a career change. I have over 12 years of experience in the digital industry. As a Project Manager, Account Manager and then Product Manager, I guided multidisciplinary teams and supported leaders of international organizations in their digital transformation, providing insights and expertise that led to performance outcomes.
Today, as a wellness advocate and practitioner, I help people restore and maintain balance in their bodies for optimum health while educating them with an open and inclusive approach.
